Find clear answers to common questions about signing up, managing your account, and using our booking system. Whether you’re new to our website or just need a refresher, this guide will walk you through the essentials step by step.

Follow these steps to create your account:

  1. Click the Account menu at the top right (hamburger icon on small devices).
  2. Select Signup from the dropdown.
  3. Fill in your details (name, email, password, mobile).
  4. Click Signup.
  5. Check your email for a verification link.

💡 Tip: Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols.

If you previously used the Health & Beauty Centre, you already have a dormant account. You do not need to sign up again.

Follow these steps to reactivate your account:

  1. Open the Account menu at the top right and click Login.
  2. Click the Forgot password? link (do not use the signup form).
  3. Enter your email address and mobile number (must begin with 0, no spaces), and set a new password.
  4. Check your email for a password reset confirmation.
  5. Return to the login page and enter your email and new password.
  6. You’ll be asked to activate your account via email.
  7. Click the Activate My Account link in the email.
  8. Wait for the final confirmation email that your account is active.

💡 Tip: Make sure your mobile number is entered correctly (starting with 0 and no spaces).

After logging in, your Account menu provides several options to manage your profile and activities:

Here's what each option does:

  1. Profile – View and update your personal information, contact details, and preferences.
  2. Change Password – Update your password for enhanced security.
  3. Booking History – View all your past and upcoming appointments, with details and status.
  4. Invoice History – Access your past invoices.
  5. Manage Devices – Review and manage devices where you're logged in, and log out from unfamiliar devices.
  6. Logout – Securely end your current session.
💡 Tip: Regularly check your Booking History to stay updated on upcoming appointments and review past services.
⚠️ Security: Use the "Manage Devices" feature if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be logged in to make a booking.

Follow these steps to book a treatment:

  1. Click Book Salon to open the booking form.
  2. Fill in the date, time, treatment or offer, and add an optional message.
  3. You can also book directly from a treatment page using Book Now or the checkbox for offers — this pre-fills the booking form.
  4. Click Book Now to submit your booking.
  5. You will receive an email confirming your booking request.
